We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Joseph Nuneda. If for any reason you are not, please review our return guidelines:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as sale products, gift cards, and personalized/custom items are non-refundable.

• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at Joseph_nuneda@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

• Exchanges: We currently only replace defective or damaged items.
